This is the shortened Hummer from the TV series "Steel Buddies". After watching the episode where the team combines two busted Hummers into a new, shorter one, I recalled that I have an old second-hand Italeri Hummer kit in my stash. The original vehicle misses 80cm which was replicated on the model by sawing the chassis.
The mechanic depicts Rosi from the TV series, at least she has blonde hair.
