CF-104 1:48 "Overall green livery"

Hi all, some pictures of my CF-104 finished some weeks ago. A real quick build for me, took only abut 4 weeks. Decals are from the sheet of Eduards "NATO Fighter". Hope you like it!

@ Neil: at least my wife can identify a 104 and a F-4 clearly. So I have done a good job over the past years...

Yes - in 1:48 there is no 104 (at least at the moment). But I have already a Fündecals sheet for several F-104J. And I have at least one in 1:72: Hasegawa F-104J 1-72 | Album by Mid_Franconian (1:72)

@ Maciej: you know what: a HAF 104 is on top of my 48er-Starfighter-to-do list! I always wanted to do that. But it is hard to find the correct decals for that project as Ikarus decals is out of business. The only option I see right now is the Ammo/MiG issue of the Kinetic 104 kit as it comes with 🇬🇷 decals.

wow - how long did that took? You must be able to build a Hasegawa one blindfolded by now!! Looking great - together & single piece and the Canadian one here 👍 - makes me sort of think about making another one too 🙂

I think the first Starfighter (Hasegawa CF-104) I did back in 2006.
And yes, building a Hasegawa F-104 is like meeting an old friend 🙂
