I have a strong doubt about this wing painting scheme. Looks like take over from the Germans, and there brown/green was lately not allowed (risk of confusion with allied planes) and brown was replaced by mauve/violet. So on top green and violet, as on many other German planes like an Albatros for example. Violet was never used on lower surface. The brown comes from a material list with brown stain. There exist a theory, that the brown was used inside because it increases the water resistance of the wood.

If bughunter gives you free advice, you take it. He's one of the premier builders on Scalemates. That being said, this is really nice work. I love seeing old planes done well.
