The X-24B was the second lifting body experimental vehicle built by Martin Marietta. This high lift-to-drag ratio delta shaped body demonstrated that unpowered reentry vehicle landings were operationally feasible with significant accuracy. This is the one of two 1:72 plastic models included in Mach2 set.
