MiniArt 1/24 LANZ D8506 Tractor

I'd built a 1/35 Lanz before and loved it, when I saw MiniArt had released these tractors in 1/24 scale I just had to have one. Like now! It turned out to be a quick build of a great kit, of a lovely subject. When I say great kit I mean it, this is right up there with the best I've built. Lovely detail and engineering, the only gripe being the moulded on "Lanz bulldog" embled on the front, however it didn't turn out to be a big issue when painting. But, a separate part or even some PE would have been nice.
If you always wanted to have a go at a MiniArt kit, but were hesitant because of the fiddliness in the smaller scale, these new tractor kits are the way to go. I certainly hope MiniArt start releasing more vehicles in this scale!
It has become a clean build, inspired by a Youtube video for colours. The only mishap was when applying the LANZ decals on the side drums, I put the first one on (badly, yes) and it was stuck immediately. Wouldn't move for nothing. So I decided to take my loss and match the other one, it is what it is. Paint is Tamiya XF-11 (green) and XF-7 (red). Vallejo paint for tyres and some detailing.
Some bonus pics with Heller's Ferguson, just because they look so nice together.
