P-61A Black Widow
A "facelifting" of an old kit.

Don't let the double entry in this project fool you - it's a "facelifting" I did recently, after acquiring Dragon's P-61A.

Bilek was first, but the sprues were clearly from the B variant (check the album's description for more details), so I had a turret, nosewheel and additional, longer nose - but didn't have blanking plate for the roof or the radar assembly.

So after a while of hesitation I decided to put things right and make "Borrowed TIme" as it should have been made.

I took liberty of taking the parts from the complete dragon box, disassembled parts were saved and will be used in making of a fully upgraded (with resin, PE and whatnot) B version.
