I started thinned too thick schurzen and carved between individual plates. Tricky job to handle with small rounded turret schurzen parts.

The point of the no return has unfortunately passed, so i proceed building of this old bad ESCI-kit that i can't recommend. Build something newer like Dragon 1/72 Panzer III

Thinned schurzen in absent of photo etch. Separated schurzen-plates from each other with
knife. Drivers front modified and more correct appearance.

The ESCI kits were THE standard back in the 70's when no other kit maker was producing standard scale armor in 1/72. Sure, they are a little antiquated but you seem to be making good progress in making this kit a little gem. Keep going!!

Today, removed wire molded on engine deck because it's not looks realistic. Painted red anti rust primer on some schurzen. Dark iron are to dark on unpainted schurzen. All road and tension wheels are on place. First six tracklinks applied on drive sprocket. That was easier than expected.

More trouble with this model kit. The tracks are to close hull and the upper hull part that fenders are included don't fit. Very annoying.

This project become more and more complicate. Now the fendrers are removed from upper hull sides. Track device are too close hull and the fenders where too apart afrom hull. I think the fenders even are too wide and needed to be narrowed.

Removed fenders and get them closer the hull. Also remove some bad looking moulded details from fender top side.
