MiG-21bis - 34 plm

I guess there goes my "finish what you have on the bench before you buy a new one" resolution.

Seeing all the rave about Eduard's MIGs I got hooked. I just couldn't resist and bought myself one. A MiG-21bis. The kit is as gorgeous as everybody say it is. Lots of parts, fine details, PEs included, many painting schemes.

My particular build will be a homage to our local, retired fighter squadron. The 34th Pułk Lotnictwa Myśliwskiego (Fighter Regiment) that served from 1952 to 1994 (its successor was finally disbanded in 2003 and MiGs were scrapped in circa 2007) in Gdynia-Babie Doły.

It's my first jet in 1:48, so this can take awhile.
