Here is my Tamiya 1:35 Cromwell Mk. IV.
This is famous command tank used by General Maczek and it was assigned to 1st Polish Armoured Division.
I had to implement lots of modifications as Tamiya's kit was far away from original Maczek's tank.
- gun barrel shortened by 8-10mm as originally this tank was not armed and the gun was made of wood 🙂
- modified muzzle brake
- 3 additional fuel cans from PanzerArt RE35-302 kit
- driver mirror made of metal scrap
- horseshoe on left fender also made of scrapped metal pieces
- turret modifications such as replaced antennas and reshaped cupola, ropes ect.
- homemade tool box and spool of rope
- machine guns with flatten surface
