Airfix kit-starter

Got for nostalgia reasons, followed the original 1960's silver and white colour scheme in the instructions.
Made a right pig's ear of the whole thing - everything that could go wrong, did (not helped by it being an old kit, but mostly my fault). Packed the nose with tungsten putty (instructions just said plasticine), and she was still my first ever tail-sitter (fixed with a sneaky bit of transparent canopy sprue under the tail. No-one will notice, guv...).
Glad this kit is finished, did not enjoy!
