Personal interest:
This model represents a F-14D in a ground attack role, armed with anti-armor cluster munitions. The F-14D primarily guarded the USS Carl Vinson battle group from aerial attack, but with the A-6E scheduled for retirement, many Tomcats were equipped for ground attack as well as aerial combat.
