Michael KohlI got the ol' Heller kit. Following with interest. Did you have to mix the colors or could you use them straight from the jar?

Mirko RömerThanks mates! I used the colours straight out of the jar, with lighter US od freckles over the lighter UK od.

Thomas KolbI have three of those kits in the stash waiting for a triple build, so I will follow with great interest. You nailed the colors pretty much perfect. It's quite an elusive greenish brown that looks different on each photo, and not easy to mix yourself. BTW, did you have problems getting the nose weights in place?

Mirko RömerWell, it's not too roomy. I used material for tyre balancing in nose and behind the cockpit bulkhead, appr. 15g.
