This looks great! Decals look like painted on.
I really should start sanding down the gloss coat/decals like you did. In your comment you've written that no polishing is necessary. Will you just apply snew gloss coat over top after cleaning it a bit more?

Llivery of this car is matt 😉 the reason for sanding is that removing the step in the decal, even on a matte surface, creates a smoother curved surface.

I don't think that Magic Factory is aiming to be a budget brand. More basic kits like those from Takom's Blitz line are still incredibly reasonably priced for example.

I'll keep an eye on the Chinese market and let you guys know the local reference price as soon as it is available. Than you can think about if the importers and hobby stores in your countries are ripping you off or not. 😉

Ebay has some direct from China sellers. Can get for next to store price. That's where I'll get mine from.

Ya its sad we have to buy elsewhere due to price but it is a choice I utilize to get a better price for sure. Just make sure its a seller in China who packs models correctly and ships promptly or your going to wait over a month and get a broken kit. Always check feedback first.

I pre-ordered one myself yesterday. November is my birthday month, so it is going to be a birthday present to myself. Squadron is pre-selling it for 63 bucks, so was surprised to see Andy doing it for 10 less.

Yeah that's not a bad price but I swear shipping is starting to kill and many places these days are not even worth buying over seas due to shipping now costing more than some kits.
