Thanks Holger, this was my last 1/35 scale model. The "new" Tamiya Schwimmwagen, with wheels from Hussar and decals from the Italeri kit. Some PE details from rather unknown company "The Show".

Watching these photos bring back memories of my youth. The Wespe was the first tank model I ever built. The second was the Panzer III/L wit Afrika korps markings ( The Airfix 8,8 and half track does not count because it is no tank 🙂. This might have been in 1978 or 79

Hi Martin Chen, it is a very good kit, but it does have some minor issues.
* The main issue for me was the instructions. They are a little bit unclear in some places, mainly where the machine gun is involved.
* Also attachment of the parts on the machine gun is a little unclear and fiddly. I also suspect part E21 to have a wrong position (lloking at reference pictures), so the locator pin should be removed.
* Also the attachment of the smoke dischargers are to be guessed and the extra ammo-bin on the right side of the turret is not mentioned in the instructions.
* Placement of decals is not mentioned clearly.

Of course these are just small issues, none of wich an experienced modeller (which I probably am) with knowledge of the T-90 (which I do not have) can't solve. Apart from them it is a great kit with extremely nice details for this scale. I really hope you'll expand your kitlist in the future, as this one really gives taste for more!

The Matchbox Wespe 1/76, really brings back long memories, I've still one that was rebuilt and repainted in a heavy weathered whitewash for a wargame session. (I've to post some photos of it), and Martin, really nice work in that "Schwimmwagen" 👍
