I will build it Zbynek, and I'm also waiting for another nice1:72 decal version. There's not much choice in decal options in this scale 🙁

I bought this resin conversion set for a 1:72 ATL-98 Carvair. I've always been impressed by the exotic shape of this weird looking cargo plane from the sixties.
As there is only a rare vacform kit in 1:72 scale (un)available, I decided to give it a try with this resin conversion set.
Donor kit is the Revell C-54 Skymaster, from which the nose section will be cut off.
The project is on hold, as it is a difficult conversion. The resin nose is correct but too wide for the Revell C-54 fuselage.. which is a problem, as I can't sand off more material from the resin parts, otherwise the flightdeck and nose will be too small.
So, I will continue this kit maybe later.
