Some seem like good ideas when the left over parts present themselves and the basics fall in place rather quickly. However that doesn t equate to priority placement. It is nice though to pull these out with the passage of time and say, ok it may be time. Right? Hey, it the only way to assure some Eastern Europe firm will release it.
