Mini Art. WLA rider. "At rest".
The art work really says it all, and it is what got me in and to buy it, and at $27.00Au, its a bargain.
The profile images on the instruction manual have everything clearly showing where all bits fit.
The"Exploded plan view" is well done and easy to follow and understand.
Side "A".The man, "At rest" and the detail of the clothing and webbing is exact, including the riders eyes, CLOSED. 🙂
Side "B".
Plenty of scope for some fine detailing, like clutch, brake and maybe, throttle cable.
Leather "Saddle bags" and the texture seems to be there. 🙂
The 750cc Engine block.
The cylinder heads and barrels are really well produced.
The lower crank case and gear box unit.
Heavy duty canvas weather shield.
Final drive sprocket and chain guard (26) and 27 is the primary drive cover.
The cylinder barrel sections.
The eyes are certainly closed here
The interlaced fingers are well defined and will require a soft clean of the seam lines.
The underside which will not be seen will still need a removal of the 'flash'/seamlines.
Front forks
Tail light lense and clear perspex weather shield.
The etched items.

Build one of the earlier releases of this kit (without the figure) and it's a real gem! (check here for some WIP pics: Harley Davidson WLA | Project by TvD (1:35)).

Very nice idea and fine details. Seems to be a promising kit. Only the folded hands (photo no. 9) does not look as good as the rest.

It will be some time before I tackle these Gems guys, as I still have the 'Uhu' to finish and then, a huge project I have been asked to do, so, be patient lads. 🙂 👍

Thanks for those sprue shots, Kerry! MiniArt does impressive detail on their kits. A shame that to few of their products get the attention they deserve!
