There will be figures eventually
The exhausts were solid as you can see on the right. I drilled them out. The one on the left has been done.
Tail section together sans engine.
Some metallic gray, some black and some rust and there ya go!
Engine in place, but NOT glued in. I left it loose until all else was together.
Mostly together and ready for decals.

Donald Dickson IIAlrighty. Wrapped up. Would have been a 3 day weekend project if I had had a full 3 day weekend to devote to it. Jumping between this and the F-4 and an aborted start on my B-1 dragged it out.
The base is my first attempt at making one. I feel it turned out very well. As mentioned in the captions, I will be adding figures in the future.

Wanted to do this for the October IPMS meeting special category. Anything used for medical transport. What better than the iconic M*A*S*H Bell-47?
Its an older kit, and the parts were a bit warped. which has led to a lot of cussing coaxing to get it at least somewhat lined up. Fit is OK except for the glass bubble. It does NOT mate with the frame well at all.
