Thanks guys! Some new pics up. The original landing gear doors were so thick, I decided to scratch up new ones. 4/6 were flat and easy shapes, but the curved fuselage doors were a bit of a challenge. I quartered a bit of 10mm styrene pipe and then shaped them to fit. John - let me know how you like that knife. It's my heavy duty go-to one.

Alright, somthis project was part of a 1-week group build (over at Whatifmodellers.com), so I had to cut a bunch of corners to get it done... but it's done! All in all, I'm happy with how it turned out. I'll post up some completed pics in daylight soon, but I've added the final bunch here. It was such a hurry to finish it, i couldn't really stop to take many pics.

Greg, did you say a one week project? Wow, your finish paint work is really nice and the whole project in one week turned out super.

Yep.. one week. Fastest I've ever built anything. I painted 3 colours, a coat of Future and a panel wash all in about 6 hours. Hope it all dries properly. I held my breath when I masked the wheel wells. I just prayed the paint wouldn't lift.
