Your lucky, I think Italeri does a re-box of the Accurate Miniatures stuff. I've still got one more Avenger in my stash to build as well as a B-25.

I have two B 25s, I love that plane, especially the Lady Lil. I saw a picture of that aircraft when I was young and it took me almost 20 years but I found it and built it.

Cool, I not that long ago just finished a B-25 in the markings of "Hells Bells".

Cool B 25, Ive seen something like that as well, I have the decals for it I mean, it was in the old Monogram kit I think, but the nose was Black and not Blue, cant remember the name of it though.

Some more pictures showing ore of the detail, great detail on this kit, but the fit of the turret is a bit, well, it seems a little too big, it doesn't freely move. I have only done a test fit of the turret, I will put the decals on it next and then a clear coat before I finish assembly with the clear parts.

Yeah I think when I built mine years ago, I had to wiggle and jostle a bit to make the turret fit, but it does go in with some very gentle persuasion.

4 hours yesterday putting decals on this, stencils everywhere, and they are ever readable. The white stripes didn't turn out though, guess they were too old so I had to mask it and I am painting them on. Same thing for the starts on the sides, I cant paint them, but I have other stars in my scraps that I could use thankfully.

Got the torpedo loaded, as well as the rest of the details put on last night. I think the torpedo turned out pretty well, but somehow, it seems just a little too big for the bay. Almost done with it.

Now it is finished. One of the Yagi antennas was missing, but i had an antennae from another aircraft I didn't need and it worked to replace it. I didn't tone down the green in the end because I think this green helps bring out the detail better. I understand there was no one color that these aircraft were painted because it is all a protective coating and it depended on how much of what kind of coating it was in the end to determine what the color looked like. Some of the pictures are a bit blurry, I just cant seem to get good pictures from this camera I have. Some turn out OK though. I think I like this aircraft a lot, and it is a lot bigger than I thought, and they launched these things from aircraft carriers. It is seems only a little smaller than my B 25s. I like the Devastator too though, it looks good as well.
