@Mathijs: No the rims are aftermarked. I believe it was Aoshima but not sure.
@Dominik: Good point about the sidemarker. I should have sanded them away for a cleaner shape 😛 I will not touch it right now.

THX mates. Shine came from Tamiya gloss clear (spray can), but it has orange peel (see pic #6). Today I would polish it, but back than I was happy with the result.

The pinnacle of american car design (if someone asks me 😉 )
Build this beauty maybe 10ish years ago with the following additions:
- 3rd party wheels
- BMF
- selfmade exhaust system from brass tube and kit mufflers
- engine wired (not completely)
Fit was horrible, especially chassis to body. I got the kit not in the best condition and I could not save the stripe decals. Only the "eleminator" label was useable.
If I had to reduce my model car collection to one piece - this cougar would survive!
