Italian SAS Jeep
Time for primer
Primered and then sprayed in Pale Sand with AK (3rd gen). The AS is sprayed in dark yellow from Life Color (218)
Light sand (Life Color Giallo Sabbia Chiaro UA217) for the AS42, light stone (AK 11377, 3rd gen) for the jeep

Getting there. Wainting for guns and a figure frome Italy. Where else? 😉
So, More work as I found out that the Regio Esercito (Royal Army) had their own flag…
I glued some layers of paper towel on thin leadfoil, then sprayed the colors.
I printed the crown and shield on paper and thinned the backside of the paper with a craftknife till it was so thin you can almost see through. I glued it on the flag with pva and put clear coats on
At last, the Italian shipment came in
It deserves a proper base, doesn’t it?

Building it for the second time, lol. The first time was 45 years ago. It shows, the kit is old, lot of cleaning but also fun to build. I will never deny Tamiya ; -)
