So now really finished. One new pic. I made the masks from the glass nose i scratched too small so i removed excessive color and polished the transparency again. So one can see now this part is really transparent...Dass ich die Ferranti-LRMTS Laseroptik-Fenster, die ich extra transparent nachrüstete, zu klein maskierte, merkte ich erst auf den Aufmacherfotos. Eine Murphy-Law-Ehrenrunde mit Nacharbeit und Neufotos folgte.

Very impressive model! I like the weathering: seems just the right amount, not too much.

How did you find the kit? Is the Hasegawa kit really much better like some reviews are saying?

@ Marius: Hasegawa is best of all bad kits. Has wrong spine, landing gear, no holes in air brakes, no wells, no good nose and windscreen, many missing details. And you will find hardly one of GR.1. If i had one i would have started with that one. I have only the 2seater. But anyway. For a good model you need scratch and kitbashing. Airfix, please, Modelsvit, please!
