Chan LiAn extra German sniper is in my plan, instead of any crewman.
The land should be covered by melting snow as well.
Will have to work on tank weathering too.

For the tank I unified the track paint between wheels after this picture, to eliminate the uneven distribute of color.😊

Chan LiIt's also because I can't paint the crew that good like you do, had to think some other ways to enhance the whole thing. Sometimes an idea can compensate some technical imperfections.

I'm a fresh man in this topic and scale. Thank to Simon I get to approach a satisfied result of myself.
