Republic XP-47H conversion

Will use the Otaki P-47 for this conversion. Purchased resin fuselage and accoutrements off of eBay. In analysing the resin pieces, the fuselage is rough, so my idea is to only use the forward portion ahead of the cockpit and the underside duct. I'll have to determine how much of that I'll save, and then graft that portion onto the Otaki fuselage. Will also pilfer a set of props out of the Tamiya P-47 kit, assuming those are appropriate, as those kits appear to offer as many as 3 prop options, 2 of which you won't use in building it. Might draw up and print a new spinner to better interface with the Tamiya props. Though I'm not 100% certain P-47 props are appropriate; images seem to indicate something more P-51ish. Suffice to say, the resin conversion kit doesn't come with props and leaves that a bit of an open question.
