Updating the old Tiger

A kit bought on a show a few years back with extras already added, sold the Aber fenderset and the Mr. Models VK. Tiger backdate set and kept the Eduard etch for use.Also bought the Aber Barrel second hand, because the one from the kit is really not up to the standard I like to achieve. It's mostly a learning case for techniques I want to master. I chose to experiment with different ways of zimmerit application, with a soldering iron and old fashioned putty. They both didn't achieve the result I'm after, but hey, I learned something today. So far I had a lot of fun working on this.
