A little diorama representing a scene of street fighting during the Battle for Berlin. The Red Army infantry has just cleared the corner, so the tank can now safely cross it and continue the push towards the city center. The unit depicted is the 36th Tank Brigade, belonging to the 11th Tank Corps, famous for having its tanks covered in anti-panzerfaust armor. The choosen area of the city is south of Postdamer Bridge. The T-34 is an early 1945 model from Zavod 183 with the following features: bulge on turret for traverse motor, one hatch cupola, spider wheels and rear smoke canisters, squared mudguards. To give more interest to the model, two wheels were replaced with half-spider wheels, and several stowage items were added. Some artistic license was taken, as the choosen tank was not photographed and there is no way to be sure of its existence.
