Reference photos did not show much in the way of airbrush blending. So I opted to hand paint this kit.

I added antennas, Reference photos show lots of variations depending on the type of vehicle.

Weathering was a combination of grey, brown and black washes.

I used a marker to get the blueish glass and added a touch of gloss varnish to brighten it up.

I had a lot of fun with the tracks.. They took the longest.

Not much on the bottom, and I couldn't find any shop photos so I wasn't sure how to weather/damage that. I imagine they get fairly beat up, but I just don't know.

I left the turret free moving so that it can be positioned for display or fun as the mood arises.

Album info

I build this AAVP7A1 OOB with the only addition being to add antennas. Though the kit is for a OIF marking, I wanted a different scheme so the markings match no particular unit.
