Album info
The Start of my 2nd Project. A M1A2 Abrams in tan from the Gulf war.
I'm trying new techniques on this model, first the mounting for a custom 3d printed painting stand that swivels 2 Axis. A Nut is needed so the tank can be fixed to the mount. Therefore i used 2part Epoxy glue to fix it in place.
Also i tried "Nail art foil" as a anti reflection coating substitude for the first time, i think i'm quite pleased with it, what do you guys think?
I also fixed the Cupolas with blue-tac so they can be painted but then later removed so i can insert the lenses.
