Thank you for your kind feedback. I really appreciate it and I'm glad you like the Avia. 🙂
I plan to expand my Avia collection with more models in the future. For now, however, I intend to move closer in time to the present and focus on more modern machines.
Nice result my friend! You did a great job on this 👌👌👌
Friends, I'm glad you like Avia, and thank you for your kind reactions and likes. 🙂
As usual, you have brought this project to a good end - a very nice addition to this collection 👍
Album info
I have added another model to my collection of BH series Avia - single-seat Avia BH-10. Since no manufacturer currently produces this aircraft in 1:48 scale, I had no choice but to build it myself. To avoid having to make all the parts from scratch, I used the fuselage, wings and wheels from the Avia BH-9 1/48 kit from KP. Although the actual scale of the kit is 1:50, it doesn't matter. The single-seat Avia BH-10 was much smaller than its two-seat version, so even with the slightly smaller scale of the kit, the fuselage and wing parts had to be modified significantly. I cut most of the dimensions from the original parts. Only the width of the fuselage had to be added. I made the cockpit interior, landing gear legs, spur, tail surfaces and wind shield new. The engine is a 3D print from an MH model and the propeller is cut from glued together colored cardboard. The flag decals are from the BH-9 kit, I just reduced the length and width. The decals with serial numbers on the fuselage sides and wing struts are home made.
Because I like the upper three-colour camouflage, I chose for my model the look of the first production series - Avia BH.10.4
