My latest commission build of the Rye Field Models Tiger I of the s.PzAbt 501 in North Africa. I have always like the look of the Tiger I. This was the later revised addition with a single piece turret instead of 2 halves. Overall the kit went together beautifully. In regards to the photo-etched tool clamp, while finicky, the pioneer tool clamp look amazing and would use them again. The clamps that hold the tow cable and barrel cleaning rods are a different story. they are pretty fragile and ended up breaking pieces of them off that i had to replace with plastic strips. Additionally it would have been nice to have versions of the jack handle and cleaning rods with out the molded on clamps.
