Hi Dan C, I see you are building the M23...At least the '76 model of The Mclaren m23 had a difference in its Fuel inlets set up than most DFV engines....The last two cylinders at the differential the Fuel inlets were not on the outside but on the inside to make room for the Airbox For this reason the ignition box was also replaced above the differential...Hope you can still adjust this and doesn't the instructions of E.Jan mention this?

I started this kit a number of years ago then couldn't find any good wires to go to the cam covee as the Tamiya ones in scale would be like garden hoses. What will you be using?

Mathijis, If you look closely you will see that there are two DFV's in the photos, the '76 does not have the ignition box mounted in the valley, unlike the '74 and the fuel lines are only mocked up, again, unlike the '74 version. This album was set up to show the simultaneous builds of both the 1974 and 1976 M23's.
