Finally got some motivation to complete this one. Painting and masking commenced. Quite happy with this round with very minimal touch ups to do do.

Some repainting completed and doors and antennas added. Now I just need to finish painting the wheels and props and after a gloss coat the decalling can begin

The only P-3 Orion to be designated as an RP-3D due to is unique non ferrous rear fuselage for work mapping the earth's magnetic field. Later designated NP-3D along with another 12 or so other specialist P-3s. This airframe still flies today with VX-30
