Well, this time it's a singleseater mate, i'm afraid there's no more room in the cockpit - except maybe for kate upton...yep!
Hoping to finish this one soon enough, the kit's fought back gallantly but i'm gonna best it! 😄

Nice kit! During my time in the Navy, I would come back from liberty and sometimes I would crawl up into the intake and catch some "zzz's". The hangar deck watch would see our feet or legs hanging out, wake us up and tell us to get to our compartments. I have to say those intakes were pretty comfortable. During flight ops, it wasn't uncommon to see the plane captains or final checkers snoozing while waiting for the next flight iteration. The A-7's and A-4's, and A-6's could carry some ordinance. I use to see these guys "gagged-out" with bombs and watch as they were shot off the deck and wonder how in the hell to they stay airborne.

Mike, Lionel, Holger, Burkhard : Thank you all.
@Mike R, i guess this one was nicknamed "maneater" for a good reason then! 😄
as for the loadout, this is a vietnam era airplane and no matter the bicentenanial occasion it ought to be loaded up fully and beyond! problem is there are no aftermarket dumb bomb sets with 24 mk81s to be found here so this one will have to make do with a pair of drop tanks and 6 pairs of retarded s.eyes on 2 mers.

Welcome to my world. I just bought a Italeri U2-R kit and the company that made some good aftermarket sets no longer is in business. I was lucky to find the nose piece for it on Ebay, but that was all I COULD find in resin. Anyway, I think your kit will look great regardless.
