I will follow this one for sure! I`m living about 50 km near to the town of Emden and 10 km near to the town of Wilhelmshaven. You are doing a very nice job on these models! I`m looking foreward to see them both finished! Happy modelling mate!

Thank you Christian. When I get the rigging and flags the ships will look much different. I also plan to adjust the lifeboat lines. Then maybe I will want to show you the up close and personal pictures! LOL

The SMS Dresden and SMS Emden belonged to the Dresden class of light cruiser built from 1906 onward, The main armament consisted of ten 10.5 cm guns. The SMS Dresden was scuttled 3/14/15 after being fired upon by 3 British warships. The SMS Emden was run aground early November 1914 after being disabled by the Australian cruiser Sydney.
