Thanks Chris, it's a pretty big kit for 1:72, 140ish parts! But then it was a pretty big aeroplane....

Is this the trumpeter kit ? I´m only asking because I have it in my stash as well, but never started it.

Yes it is Chris. The decals I didn't like and the wing fold thing isn't great either but it's a lovely kit. Shes got loads of character.
Thanks Hanno much appreciated.

Wow! Thanks lads. You're all very kind. I've also got the 48 version and that looks equally good. I'm still trying to find my way around.....

Just extraordinary work and result. The detailing and finish is what you would find in a museum display.
I love it. 🙂 👍.

I am serious mate, as the way it looks is just fantastic, and you deserve all the praise for it. 🙂

Thank guys.
It makes a difference massively when you actually have an interest in the subject you're doing. I know that's sounds pretty obvious but we've all make kits that we just "went though the motions"....

Agreed Tim. Commission builds tend to be tougher to complete and if you lose interest in a particular kit its a struggle to complete it as well.
