Interesting it is, Sexy it's not! I always think it looks like it's held together with grey gaffer tape! The real thing having this stupid patchy looking paint job worse than the F-22A. (Not picking on your great looking model Rolando!) That's why i put mine aside for a while, But it's lucky that Hasegawa provide most of the "stealth sticky tape" as printed decals. The Academy kit is the better of the two with a full weapons bay loadout but does not have decals for all the taped area! Also the Orange brand F-35C model is fantastic! with a full weapons set, gun pod plus the little tractor tug to move it around the carrier deck! well worth a look! 🙂

Thanks Soheil & Roberto.
Glenn Hasegawa is smart enough to provide a decals with those jagged edge lines or else spending more times putting a Tamiya tapes to cover it. I cant remember the model brand kit that I saw of F-35 with folded wings also in 72 scale. Academy kit is nice as you said but it didn't provide a decals.

Album info
Here is my Hasegawa F-35A Lightning II in 72 scale with recessed panel lines & good fittings. Model Master & Humbrol enamel paints used & acrylic wash for weathering. Hasegawa provided a pilot figure but with out smart bombs & missiles. Comments & suggestions are highly welcome. Cheers...
