Powertrain detail
![Album image #30 Album image #30](/albums/img/5/3/4/470534-15588-41-720.jpg)
I'm afraid engine block has been glued a bit to far back and then suspension arms from the kit are too short. I've replaced these parts with wire from a paper clip.
![Album image #31 Album image #31](/albums/img/5/3/5/470535-15588-42-720.jpg)
I messed it up ,,,, when touching up the paint on the arms , some paint went to the body. I tryed to remove with thinner and messed it much more ...
![Album image #32 Album image #32](/albums/img/5/3/6/470536-15588-24-720.jpg)

![Album image #33 Album image #33](/albums/img/5/3/7/470537-15588-80-720.jpg)
Almost finished ,,,, in the end Hinomaru doesn't look so bad .... isn't it ?
![Album image #34 Album image #34](/albums/img/5/3/9/470539-15588-68-720.jpg)
Not so bad ,,,, but colour hue is just a bit different .... let's see how it turns out after the second coat
![Album image #35 Album image #35](/albums/img/5/3/8/470538-15588-76-720.jpg)
First coat to remove the offending black smudge . Brush painted in X2 Tamiya Gloss White with a touch of Gunze H21 off-white
![Album image #36 Album image #36](/albums/img/5/0/7/471507-15588-47-720.jpg)
Without flash , difference in hue is rather more evident , but it's OK to me.

Album info
It should've been an easy project with a bit of added detail and aftermarket decals, but not to be finnished in just a Week-end.
I'm not Mike Grant.
😉
But I'd like to ,,,,,
So let's see how it turns out ,,,,
Pavla seats were discarded ... too big for the cockpit.
Interior : Tamiya XF-53 , XF-22
Seats : Tamiya XF-63 , Gunze H421
Undersides : Gunze H325
Uppersides : Gunze H27 , Gunze (20 H1+12 H27 + 3 H325
All brush painted
In the end the project took much more time than I'd expected. Not an easy shake and bake kit .... at least to me.
