Wow! I didn't think this one would get much attention. Thanks very much for all your lovely comments. 👍
Who would have guessed that some people actually like the gibberish I spout. Very odd.😉

Thanks very much James.
As the dio seems to be popular, there are more photos of it here:

Great work. Very nice scene. Also that hangar is brilliant. Scratchbuilt?

Thanks all for your comments. 🙂
Robert: Yes the hangar and dio is entirely scratch built. The album for it is here:

Album info
This was done as a blitzbuild for another site. It's a piloted conversion from the 1/48 Tamiya V1 kit with a Luft-46 camo cooked up inside my skull. I plunge-moulded the canopy before the group build started. It took about sixteen hours in total, most of which seemed to be trying to stick Blu-Tac worms to it.
As I finished the doodlebug early, I slapped together a simple base to display it on. 😄
Not really, it was a dio about a year ago made specifically for taking photos of aircraft (just before I stopped building aircraft).
If you are at all interested in the build report (I promise that this one won't waste half of your remaining lifespan – unlike the others).
