Sparviero (Sparrowhawk)
Sprues all ready to go - back in February, before the Covid-19 Lockdown.
Getting started
Bit of PE on the Alfa-Romeo engines (which were originally Bristol engines built under licence, then were metric-fied versions)
Engines good to go, weathered the props too.
First (thinned) coat - a bit patchy!
Colour looking a bit better.
Smoke ring decals on
Identification decals on
Peek-a-boo underside
All done.
All done - note photoetch door and top hatch.
Fiddly bit of P.E. to replace the blades on the RAT/turbine.

There are a few small cock-ups here and there that I'm mildly irritated by, but overall very happy.
One day I might manage a zero-defect build (yeah, right!).
