Scratchbuilt Wasteland Harpoon & Plow Vehicle

I started with a body casting and engine salvaged from a Hot Wheels Monster Jam toy (roughly 1/48 scale, I think), built a working suspension, added wheels, fenders, bumpers, fuel tanks, and armor.

I built the harpoon and plow from spare kit parts, styrene, brass, and chain. The idea is that the harpoon is fired into the prey vehicle, and then the plow is lowered into the ground to create drag to slow the prey vehicle so it can be captured or destroyed.

The drum on the roof holds coiled rope which is attached to the harpoon on one end, and the truck's frame on the other.
