This Squadron attacked targets in Holland, and lost many

aerial mast replaced with a PE one for strength and Ushi rigging used - delicate and tricky

gave it some upper-side weathering, and some matt aluminium streaks around the cowels, generally pleased here.

the blister on the pilot's side is poorly engineered...simply stick to the existing canopy, thus allowing a dry film of glue to appear. Of course nowadays I'd use clear fix or equivalent...

use of Eduard PE helps bring sharpness to the 72nd scale. MG barrels courtesy of Master (0.303's: I could be wrong with them!)

weathering trial: using oils, not too convinced my technique is good.

I remember this to be a nice kit, some fit issues with the bomb doors and the front glazed area wasn't engineered well...also should they not have had underside RAF roundels too?, kit didn't have them.

I used to display all my old builds on the ceiling - never much care for u/carriages..preferring the cleaner lines....underside MG barrels are Master's

purposeful silhouette -apparently RAF didn't really like them, preferred their Hudsons and Mosquitos.
![Album image #10 Album image #10](/albums/img/5/4/6/821546-36121-83-720.jpg)
purposeful in three-quarter view.
