Hi. Nice to see there is still interest in the big Centurion. I'm about to complete my third, I have two previous builds on Scalemates too.
I know where you got the L7 105mm too. I'm currently making a Mk 6, the kit lends itself to plenty of extra detailing. I'm not fussed with internal detail (frankly I'd be there until hell freezes over correcting it). I might have an open engine deck on a later build, I have 2 left to assemble. I went off 1/35 stuff. It's all available, everyone else has done it (probably better than I would) and I'd rather sit there and make bits myself.

Thanks for taking notice. I also love Centurions and have 1/25 RC one and a 1971 1/35 motorised in my stash. I am currently working on a 1/16 RC King Tiger . I can maybe send you a link with some turret photos. I got the barrel from the same place

Album info
I recently completed stages 3 to 9 of my 1/25 scale Tamiya Centurion (fighting compartment and turret). Due to the fact the model displays in workings I an painting as I go. As mentioned in a previous post this is a vintage 1973 kit that was ahead of its time. I usually complete these big builds in stages and in between smaller projects. It helps keep these big projects challenging . I would be interested to know if other modellers to the same. I have decided to make this an Israel 1960,s Centurion with an Royal Ordinance 105mm L7 barrel
