Very nice! (Coincidentally I am just reading the book "Fokker Fours" and the story of this very plane is presented there too in the context of Fokker XXXVI 🙂)

Iconic - and a "must" for your KLM collection. During the McRobertson race, she was the first contender to arrive in Athens, on 20.10.34, at 17:34, taking off again at 17:48... (the DH.88s didn't land at all in Athens). Keep up the good work, Thijs! 👍 👍

Arguably the most famous DC-2 (at least here in the Netherlands 😛). The Uiver took part in the 1934 London-Melbourne Race, ending up second fastest overall, behind the DH.88 Grosvenor House, and winner in the handicap. Sadly she was destroyed the same year in a crash.
