Thought I’d add some belts and means to escape in a hurry
Remembered to include some weight in nose
Simple paint job don’t expect to see much anyways
Painted and hopefully will give the idea under the glass
Added pins to tail planes to help fitting
Again the props are butt jointed so I’ve drilled the hubs to match the sprue gate of the props
Last look before it disappears below canopy
A shim was also need at wing root to help gap filling
Ready for some colour
Bit of air brush practice, which I need
Colour not as bright as it appears here
Hard to see the cut masks, hope I don’t use the wrong ones yet again
Well my airbrush skill are wonting. Tried to free hand camo but no it’s was a mess. So to plan B
Looking a little like custard and mint ice-cream
Will try a filter on the light stone! As looks a little too custard to me
Added filter then had to touch up some of the mint then more filter as although I hadn’t thought it had the filter had changed the colours quite a bit as wanted
Not a lot of decals on underside
Bringing out the panel lines
All done and barely enough nose weight

Adding nose weight cussed more than a bit of trouble 🤞it's enough after the grief it's caused

Can't say I'd recommend this kit or the ones it's taken from to beginners as it's completely butt fit not a helping locator any where to be seen

Cheers Cuajete,
Again the props are butt jointed so I've drilled the hubs to match the sprue gate of the props. Just hope I put the props in the right way, while I won't tell and those I know won't no either I, sure some here will be able 😆

Not sure if it my lack of skill or the kits but I've needed more filler for gaps on this build than many before. The lack of any help in the form of kit keys does set a challenge

At this scale my free hand airbrush skills are poor. Having attempted to freehand the camo I gave up and tried to creat some masks. Again I'm found wanting in the skills, I've created masks cut them out (destroying the other sections) to discover I've saved the wrong masks - the brown not the green, this I proceed to doing again two more times, thought by hand would be quicker than using my scanNcut, how wrong was I.
So I've made and cut the masks now to use them, fingers crossed

I'm please with the green though. Made using the iModelkit app and the paint mixer section and paint I have to hand. No idea if anything like the real thing but looks good enough for me compared to photos I've seen

Perseverance, that's the prime requisite for camo scheme techniques! Mine usually end up a mix of freehand airbrush, masks and then that reliable old fallback, brushing to tidy up the glitches!. Finding the "correct" colour is always a challenge for me, too. In the end, I can usually find something from my selection which looks rather close (keeping in mind the real aircraft can vary a bit, depending on paint batch shades, fading over time, etc). As you said, in the end as long as it "looks good enough for me". 👍

Cheers @Cuajete & @Bas Tonn
I've adde a gloss coat in prep for decals, I like to ensure this has time to dry before it's attacked by decal solutions.
