Wonderful so far! Is it finished yet? Do you have more final photos?

Thanks - yes I shot some more photos but I want to have them in the same layout as the title pic. Please check back again. I will let you all know when the build review on my blog is online.

Okay no problem! Take your time. I always enjoy looking at FSS kits. Especially with a great paintjob like this.

Thank you - it was a hard time with all the Alclad but in the end I am also very satisfied how it turned out. Wait for the Build Review on my blog where I'll have an in-depth look into this. I was in constant research for maybe half a year - JUST to find out the right color hue to use for this project.

All of this because the colors (Gaianotes …) as given in the instruction manual weren't available in Germany/Europe. So I developed my own „color reference" by trial and error.

Hope this'll provide a good reference for all European FSS Modellers who want to have a take on this project as well.

Great job! Nice to meet another German FSS modeller here. Hope to see more of your work. How worn out are the injection moulding for the inner frame parts on this kit?

Thank you! What do you mean by „worn out". The injection molding quality is very good for that kind of kit. There is a little flash here and there on the sprues but really nothing to worry about.

The mechanism you build for the inner frame by using the included polycaps is quite astonishing (if that answers your question?).

Thanks. But I was referring to the re-usage of the inner frame on all the Mirage type kits. Schpeltor, Waterdragon, 2x KOG, 2xLED's, Terror and Auge. They all use the same inner frame. I expected some soften details after some years of production.

Well, I wouldn't say so. The KOG-Frame incorporates a few mechanisms similar to those seen in ABSOMEC.
