There were minor fitting issues and flashes. Its Zvezda 50/50. So far Tamiya is best on average quality based on my experiences.

ROFL! all kidding aside, I love the cut-out, I think it was an elegant way to show the detailed work put into the electronics behind the cockpit.

Do I understand you correctly? Did you do all this in your first year?? This is an impressive journey. You have done some great work.
I look forward to seeing what you do in the future.

*wow* It has taken me over two months to build my first model, and it looks like it will take a total of three months to finish it. I am astounded that you built, I counted at least 20 models, in 13 months. You did dioramas and scratch-built engines, AND you wired some up so that they had real motors hidden within them and/or lights. This is incredible.

Thanks, yeah first year was mostly learn and master different tools and techniques. I've finished possibly 24-25 builds. Usually each takes weekend or a week. 1:48 G-6 took 1 month as I got airbrush first time, plus all the electronics involved with this one. From now on I'd pace down and more prolong process 🙂
