Jan-Erik PalmgrenThank you for your comment. I was so unhappy with my performance and the kit, so I wanted to use this as test subject for very heavy chipping and weathering. I used 3 kind of chipping liquid at different parts to see how they differ from each other. Plan was also practice, if I someday will do a crashed and forgotten plane diorama. This ended up being a teaching moment for me.

Jan-Erik PalmgrenMany problems with this kit. Parts not fitting together, I had to use lots of putty and sanding. I decided to make this look like very worn and dirty. Something how it would have looked when the war was over. Last issue was when I noticed that the decals were not correct. I couldn't get the right numbers to the hull. Need to get them and add later.

Hurricane was very pleasant to work with. Parts were fitting nicely together and details were excellent. So good kit to build.

Jan-Erik PalmgrenI'm really struggling with this one. Instructions are really vague and I need lots of reference material to put everything in their place. I would have to be much more skilled builder to give this set proper appearance. There are no color references for the inside parts, only outside. So it might be good that nobody looks inside after canopy is attached 🙈
