There was no cockpit on the plastic fuselage, I drilled a place for it with a drill.
I painted the resin cabin, which is much smaller than the photo-etched cockpit of the Brengun. I feel resin is closer to reality, so it was included. Of course, it would make sense if I had bought an open mounted vacuum canopy and not used the original thick plastic one. The aiming device doesn't even fit under it.

The details were quite generous with the Mark I. I scratched the missing covers on the wing with a needle and a copper cutter, replaced the rivets, and had to prepare the pitot tubes.

I drilled out the inlet of the intake, because it was molded into one.

I ran out of gloss black base at home, so I painted Mr. Color gloss blue paint on Mr. Finishing Surfacer. (It was only blue at home.) So it's not the "Синий Angels", it's getting a coat of Alclad II aluminum color soon.
