I hope to be able to take some pics this evening. Be warned, however, that in the end this project reminded me to take my time, and apply a finish before using microsol/microset. In short: I buggered it right at the finish line.

As to the tailsitter problem: whenever that happens to me I use a tiny bit of white blu tack (of in Nederland zoiets als kneedgum), stick it under the skids and Bob's your uncle!

Thanks for the kind words, and I'm going to set it on a (upside down) coaster as a base. Was thinking about glue, but blu tack might work as well.
